[/b] Ha. You wish. But she’s a good actor, when she puts her mind to it. Flattery goes farther than most people think.
ALEXIS rose RAEN
"Let’s kill tonight! Kill tonight!
Show them all you’re not the ordinary type."NAME:: Alexis Rose Raen. Those few lucky individuals who she considers “friends” mainly call her "Alex".
AGE:: Sixteen.
GENDER:: Female. But then, you knew that.
CLASS:: Unifi, the third administrator.
BIRTH SEASON:: Winter. Almost as cold as her heart.
ORIENTATION:: Bisexual. Then again, some consider her incapable of loving, so I’m not quite sure what you’ll do with that information.POSITIVE TRAITS::
-- Reserved. She can put up with an idiot for amounts of time that would drive any normal person insane. Granted, she knows that she can slaughter them later, but still, she appears calm and composed. Just as well.
-- Courageous. Fearless, more like it. She simply isn’t afraid of death.
-- Loyal. The Unifi leader has her complete, undying devotion. Anyone who defies him is to receive her instant wrath.
-- Determined. Once her mind is set on a goal, nothing will stop her, even if it takes years to achieve.
-- Focused. No petty distractions will waver her resolve. She takes things one day at a time, always.
-- Observant. Nothing can escape her piercing blue eyes. Nothing.[/ul]
NEGATIVE TRAITS::
-- No sense of danger. She isn’t afraid of dying, and has been known to become severely injured because she didn’t recognize the danger of the situation. She isn’t even that brave, really, simply… ignorant.
--Easily manipulated. If you can convince her that it will bring her soulmate back, you can make her do pretty much anything.
--Relentless. Once she’s tracking a target, nothing will stop her. Even if it takes years to find them.
--Merciless. You can beg and plead all you want. She doesn’t care. You will still die.
-- Vengeful. Do anything to piss her off, and you’re going on her list. No questions asked. She might appear to forgive, but she never, never forgets.
-- Uncontrollable. It doesn’t matter what the boss does to try and stop her: if you give her reason enough to make her mad, no one on earth can protect you.
-- Cold. Her face is always eerily blank, her voice completely emotionless. Some say that she has only two emotions: anger and overwhelming sorrow. But then, without a soulmate, it almost makes sense that she wouldn’t be entirely human.[/ul]
GOALS::
-- Find out who killed her soulmate. It really doesn’t matter if they’re another Unifi admin. When she finds out who they were, they will suffer. End of story.
-- Get another promotion. That’s right. Though she’s already an admin- as high as any Unifi member can go- the title “second in command” still has a nice ring to it…
-- Destroy the Rangers. Despite how incredibly unreasonable it is, she blames them for the death of her soulmate. Any Ranger she comes across is automatically hated.[/ul]
FEARS::
-- Getting kicked out of Team Unifi. The organization represents her only hope of getting her soulmate. If they disown her, her feeble little ray of hope will finally be killed.
-- The Rangers. The Rangers represent everything evil in the world. In her own twisted reasoning, if they regained control of the region it would be an apocalypse.[/ul]

STORY::[/i]. Overall, a very forgettable kind of girl.
Team Unifi, of course, changed all of that.
Her parents were hard-working citizens, and were rarely home. A thirteen year old Alex was curled up with her soulmate, doing her homework (without much success), when there came a knocking at the door. A bit confused- she never had visitors, and her parents didn't get home until later- she meandered over to the door, opening it without knowing that the figure who lurked beyond was a Unifi agent… She was blasted back by the door swinging quickly open. To this day she does not remember exactly the events that occurred, but before she knew what was happening, there was a small cry of pain in the other room. Then… emptiness.
Her soulmate was dead. There was no other explanation for the pain that rippled through her mind. She had heard of the Unifi, of course, but they were only stories, fanciful tales to make little kids go to bed at night. Never, in her wildest nightmares, had she imagined that they actually existed. The individual who had done the deed left after that, leaving her to suffer there. They had been searching for an adult, or money, perhaps, but whatever they had wanted they hadn't found. They left her there, an empty shell.
The Rangers didn't come until the next day. They questioned her, tried to make her talk, but she couldn't do it. The longing for her beloved Clefable was intense, so intense that she could barely function. The "good guys", the heros, the ones who were supposed to make everything better, could do nothing. They simply gave her back to her parents, with their humblest apologies. And, for the first time in her life, Alex did something bad. She ran away.
It wasn't very hard to find the Unifi. They weren't the most subtle of people. All she had to do was follow the trail of death and destruction. And follow it she did, until finally she was discovered by a young grunt. At discovering that she, too, had been "united" with her soulmate, he took her straight to HQ. And it was there that she was turned into what she is today.
It was here that she discovered her true calling. She didn't have to be the fasted runner, or the trickiest hider, or have the highest grades. All she had to do was blend in, look normal among the crowds. It was quite simple, really. Just one innocent little girl, in a crowd of people, would never be suspected. And it didn't take any particular strength or intelligence to flick a knife between someone's ribs. She could actually be useful, and so they spent the time and effort to raise her, as their own little minion. She had never felt like she was good enough, and, traumatized and lifeless as she was, it wasn't hard to brainwash her.
Her confidence grew with each passing day. She could actually excel at something for once in her life, and she prospered. A little silver knife became her new companion, and she eventually got over the loss of her beloved Clefable. But she never quite gave up on her dream of bringing him back to life. That was how they trained her, at first: by telling her that if she could “unite” other people with their soulmates, Arceus might have mercy on her and give her soulmate back in return. This was her justification for the crimes she committed, but eventually, she didn’t need it anymore. She learned to love the hunt, the feeling of power that took over as she saw a soulmate’s life bleeding out before her. Her emotions seemed to bleed away, and eventually, she became exactly what Unifi had intended: an emotionless little robot, their own puppet, an assassin firmly in their grasps.
She flew through the ranks, taking promotion after promotion with ease. Granted, her competition often suffered “mysterious accidents”, but this was almost encouraged. Fear was a powerful weapon, and the higher-ups didn’t mind a bit of ruthlessness among the ranks. And, eventually, when she was fifteen and a half, she gained the ultimate promotion: a Unifi admin. She’s held the position for nearly six months now, and has still managed to survive the ruthless lifestyle of a Unifi member. We'll see how long that can last…[/ul]
